Valentines Gift Ideas: For Him, For Her, and Other Special Friends

A key to someplace special is a dream come true. Did someone say Paris? Now that’s a Valentine’s dinner surprise!

How about a beautiful vintage box (keys included), filled with handwritten love letters from you? What could be more romantic than to hear all the different reasons you fell in love with your Valentine?

Simple and wonderful:
Pack a basket or vintage suit case and go on a romantic picnic for two. Don’t forget to pack comfy blankets, favorite foods, hot cocoa and marshmallows, mugs and anything that will make the experience personalized and special.

Your best friend deserves a Valentine too:
Do you have a girlfriend that goes above and beyond? A neighbor who brings in your paper every Sunday before you get out of bed? This is a great time to give friends in your life a reminder of you admiration. A favorite book is even more meaningful when you include a handwritten inscription.

No confusion here:
You feel compelled to give a Valentine’s gift to someone, but don’t want to give a mixed message. Clearly, a coffee cup, gift card, lip gloss and nail polish does not spell “I love you,” but does say, “I’m thinking about you today.”

For your furry Valentine:
Don’t forget your loyal companion who showers you with love 365 days of the year.  A doggie bone is a tasty treat for your pooch and you will feel good knowing your furry friend is happy.  A lick across the lips is often more special than a fancy card.
