Smartphones and tablets have changed the way we connect and communicate. Exercised in moderation, technology allows us to stay informed and current on what we need to know.
Knowing when to turn it off – unplug – detox is also an important leadership skill. It’s in our best interest to evaluate how we manage the glaring screen.
